Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum.
How long will it take?
- Processing: 1-3 business days.
- Delivery: 5-11 business days after your order ships.
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Holidays and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking your order
Use the link in your shipping email, or enter your tracking number at 17track.net. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, or email us with your order number.
Orders with multiple items
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number.
Damaged, lost or wrong item?
Email a photo to hello@pawsandporch.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. If tracking hasn't moved in 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right.
Changing your address
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
