Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free within the US, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?

Why might my items arrive separately?
Some of our products ship from different warehouses, so items in one order can arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number.

Which size sofa cover do I need?
Choose 1 seat for armchairs, 2 seat for loveseats and 3 seat for standard sofas. Measure the seat width of your sofa before ordering, and email us if you're unsure.
Are your grooming tools safe for my pet?
They're designed for everyday at-home use on dogs and cats. Always go slowly the first few times, follow the safety notes on each product page, and check with your vet if your pet has skin or health concerns.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant system. We never see or store your card details.
